WebI was told my whole life that the North End is some scary, awful place. In the time I have lived in Downtown Winnipeg (just north of Ellice), I have realized that 1. I've had more bad experiences in my own neighbourhood than in the north end, and 2. That's probably because I'm not there every day. Web5. NORTH END.
