Voyager uses it’s own fuel for A2A refueling, it’s internal fuel capacity is that large, it isn’t fitted with a large tank inplace of seats or freight capacity making it very flexible. I’d rather see a few A400’s fitted with A2A refueling capability then worry about booms on Voyager.
