I have no reverse and all forward gears and overdrive work perfectly but there is no engine braking in low 1 or 2. From what I've read in the manual I have narrowed the problem down to a faulty direct clutch. He said its the best for the life of the tranny. If I didnt want the chatter, run ATF +3. Told me to stay away from the ATF +4. Said +4 has more friction modifier and could cause slippage in the tranny.
