I even contemplated about using the no camera option, but last minute I decided that in order for me to tell a story that is N times more rich than a plain resume, they needed to see my face, hear my voice, and allow me to tell my story. I was drawn to them because of their technology forward approach and leading the charge evolving assessment and interviewing technology in the AI/machine learning space. There will always be applications submitted by people who don't meet the minimum requirements, no matter the position.
