Web1 de jan. de 2024 · The Gwbert is a sister hotel to the much larger Cliff Hotel located slightly further along the road. We were able to have a fantastic weekend break here. The Friday evening meal we chose to dine on the beer battered cod, freshly cooked and accomapnied by real homemade chips and mushy peas, and very tasty it was to. The coastline around Gwbert is part of Ceredigion Heritage Coast, a protected area running from Gwbert northwards to Aberystwyth. It has been designated a Special Area of Conservation. The Ceredigion Coast Path at this point runs northwards through Patch and Gwbert, on towards and beyond Mwnt, but it does not follow the coastline itself.
