WebJan 19, 2024 · As young kids, most of Generation Z's toddlers watched Dora, Little Einsteins, Backyardigans, Octonauts, Wonder Pets, Blue's Clues, and some shows that were also common among Millennials, such as Barney, Teletubbies, and Sesame Street, which was, and still is, a hit amongst many children since the 1960s. WebGen X simply isn't a large enough cohort to be worth pursuing as an audience. The fact is, Baby Boomers and Gen Y, when combined, outnumber us in Gen X by 4-to-1. The disengagement you perceive is simply a rational recognition that the world that's simply not geared towards us, or our value-systems, or our aesthetic preferences, good, bad or ugly.
