WebI use Bitbucket pipelines. I have no idea what the specs are but for my app the build is about ~3.5 minutes vs ~2 minutes on my local dev machine. This for a couple of thousand tests. Most of the extra time in Bitbucket is setup, building the docket image, installing chrome driver etc, so I would expect the lag to diminish as your test suite grows.
