I have Bipolar 2 and sometimes I go into what I call a rage episode where I become extremely angry. I tend to jump quickly on the anger scale and when I hit rage mode it’s like I’m the Hulk and I tend to hit inanimate object but I’m not violent toward people. 9/10 times I need someone to help calm me down.
